Teachers and Other Support Staff

The Special Education Support Team members are professionally certified staff who have a specialized area.  The team works with all 14 campuses' student population towards making improvement in their overall development.

The Special Services counselor is responsible for working with and implementing the counseling IEPs of students with emotional disturbance, autism and emotional problems.  This counselor is also responsible for providing support to the general and special education teachers for these students.

The physical therapist is responsible for assessing the need for physical therapy as well as implementing the PT IEPs of students who qualify for this related service. This physical therapist is also responsible for providing support to the special and general education teachers of these students in regards to any classroom needs stemming for the student’s needs in this area.
