The College Assistance Migrant Program assists migrant and seasonal farmworkers or their children enrolled in their first year of undergraduate studies at a college or university. The funding supports completion of the first year of studies.
Services may include counseling, tutoring, skills workshops, financial aid stipends, health services, and housing assistance during the first year. Limited follow-up services may be provided to participants after the first year to help students continue in postsecondary education.

Permanent Resident or Citizen

College/University Freshman standing

Meets one of the following qualifications:
- Worked for at least 75 days within the last 24 months as a seasonal / migrant farmworker or a child of a seasonal / migrant farmworker,
- Participated in a Migrant Education Program or is eligible to participate or
- Qualifies for the Workforce Investment Act167 (WIA 167)
