Buyer Registration:

Buyers can register online in advance or in person on the morning of the auction before the 10:00 am start time at our auctioneer’s booth.  

  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • No registration fee.

 

Payment Information:

Accepted methods: Cash, Credit, Debit (No checks accepted)

  • A 15% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.
  • An additional 3% fee will be added to all payments not made by cash, direct deposit, or wire transfer.
  • All invoices must be paid in full by Saturday, June 21, 2025.

Item Pick-Up Requirements:

  • All items must be paid for at the auctioneer’s booth or online on auction day.
  • Purchased items must be picked up June 23–26 between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • No loading assistance or shipping provided by the District.
  • Buyers are responsible for all logistics and removal of items.
  • All items are sold “as is, where is.”
