Los Fresnos CISD will host a tri-district Middle School UIL Academic meet this Friday and Saturday at Liberty Memorial Middle School. Approximately 320 students from Harlingen, Los Fresnos, and San Benito school districts are registered to compete. Of those, ninety students are from Los Fresnos CISD.
Students will compete in seventeen events and eight team based events.

- Solo Acting
- Duet Acting
- Modern Oratory
