The community is invited to lace up their tennis shoes and participate in the Leo Aguilar Foundation 5K Walk/Run and Community Health set for Saturday, October 26, 2024.
This is the fourteenth year the Foundation hosts the event, which benefits the Leo Aguilar General Scholarship Fund. Hundreds of students, staff, and community members are expected to once again show their support during the family friendly morning of fun.
Registration is now open to the public. The entry fee for adults is $20, $10 for middle and high school students, and $5 for elementary students. All adult entries that are submitted and paid before Friday, October 11 will receive a free t-shirt. Entries must be paid via the online registration page which can be accessed via the QR code located on the official event flyer (see below). All registrations and payments will be completed online.
The school with the most participants will receive the traveling trophy.
Awards will be presented for the 5k in several categories, including overall male and female and age groups.
