The Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District announces registration for the 2024-2025 school year will open on February 14th at 8:00 a.m.
The online registration portal will be open to the following students:
- Pre-kindergarten or Kindergarten students that are new to the district.
- Students who recently moved into district boundaries and will be attending classes for the first time – or returning after at least a one-year absence.
* Online registration must be completed for each student separately.
* LFCISD requires students to attend schools they are zoned for.
Returning students do not need to register. This procedure is done at campuses each spring.
What Parents Can Do Now to Prepare for Online Registration
✅ Collect the documents that you will be required to have for registration, such as photo ID, proof of residence, child identity and more. They include:
- Photo identification of parents or guardians
- Proof of Los Fresnos CISD residence
- Child's birth certificate
- Child's Social Security card
- Child's immunization record
- Recent academic records (if applicable)
Parents wishing to additionally familiarize themselves with the online registration process prior to open enrollment may visit the Online Registration website at: www.lfcisd.net/enroll2024
Parents may also utilize InfoFinder to verify the school their child is zoned to and contact their home campus for additional information.
