Los Fresnos CISD will suspend operations for the holiday break starting Monday, Dec. 21.
District staff, which includes teachers, report back to work on Monday, Jan. 4. On that day, teachers will have a Teacher Work Day to do preparations in their classrooms. On Tuesday, Jan. 5, teachers will take part in Professional Learning activities from their campuses through Zoom meetings and Google Classroom sessions.
Students who are going to campus for hybrid learning will report back to their campuses on Wednesday, Jan. 6.
The next student and staff holiday will be on Presidents Day Monday, Feb. 15.
