Registration is underway for free holiday meal boxes will be offered for students by Los Fresnos CISD Child Nutrition Services Thursday and Friday, Dec. 17 and 18.
Parents and guardians may register at this link. Meals are available for all children 18 years and younger. The names and ages of the children must be listed on the form. No printing is necessary.
Meal kit distributions will be held from 2-6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, Dec. 17-18. On the form, a 30-minute time block must be selected. Times are starting at 2, 2:30, 3, 3:30, 4, 4:30, 5 and 5:30 p.m.
During the Thanksgiving meal distribution, more than 26,000 meals were served to students in a drive-through service.
