Seven Los Fresnos High School/Los Fresnos United students were named to the Texas Musical Educators Association (TMEA) All-District Choir at a virtual competition held recently.
Auditions were held through the MusicFirst platform. Placing were:
- Soprano 1: Megan Allen, 7th chair
- Alto 1: Casey Edge, 7th Chair; Savannah Torres, 11th Chair, Katy Ramirez, 1st Alternate
- Tenor 2: Aaron Rodriguez, 14th Chair; Jaime Paredes, 17th Chair
- Bass 1: Jacob Peña, 14th Chair
The seven students will be competing for the Region virtual auditions on November 28 through the MusicFirst platform.
