Buyer Registration:
Buyers can register online and bid in advance or in person on the morning of the auction before the 10:00 am start time at our auctioneer’s booth.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- No registration fee.
Payment Information:
Accepted methods: Cash, Credit, Debit (No checks accepted)
- A 15% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.
- An additional 3% fee will be added to all payments not made by cash, direct deposit, or wire transfer.
- All invoices must be paid in full by Saturday, November 15, 2025.
Item Pick-Up Requirements:
- All items must be paid for at the auctioneer’s booth or online on auction day.
- Purchased items must be picked up November 17th –20th between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- No loading assistance or shipping provided by the District.
- Buyers are responsible for all logistics and removal of items.
- All items are sold “as is, where is.”
