Bilingual Education Services

Mrs. Rosemary Leal serves the students and staff of Los Fresnos CISD as Bilingual Education Director. She has been a part of the Los Fresnos CISD family since 2004.

Mrs. Leal has 22 years in public education. During her career in public education, she has served as teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal at Los Fresnos Elementary and Olmito Elementary, and now Bilingual Education Director. 

Mrs. Leal received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas San Antonio and received her Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from The University of Texas at Brownsville.
